The financial statements of Arnoldo Mondadori Editore SpA for the year ended 31 December 2010 were approved by the shareholders’ meeting of 21 March 2011 and are available for consultation by the public, together with the other documents that make up the annual financial report referred to in article 154 ter of the TUF (consolidated finance law) and the Report of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the report of the independent auditors, in accordance with current regulations, at the company’s registered offices, at Borsa Italiana SpA, and also on the company’s website.
The financial statements will be published by filing them with the Companies Register within 30 days of the shareholders’ meeting of 21 April 2011 called to approve the financial statements for 2010.
