In accordance with Consob resolution no. 15519, 27 July 2006, the company states that it carried out non-recurring operations in 2010, with reference to the provisions contained in article 3, paragraph 2-bis, letter b) of Legislative Decree 40 of 25 March 2010, converted by Law 73 of 22 May 2010, which produced a loss of €8,654 thousand.
The operations referred to above, net of their fiscal effect, produced a negative effect on the result for 2010 amounting to €8,654 thousand.
